Australian Landscapes
Australian landscapes and Australia’s unique wildlife and wildflowers are probably my favourite subjects to photograph. The colours of the earth and the sky, the vastness of the land, the plants and flowers, which grow and flower in the sometimes most unimaginable places, and the variety of endemic plants and animals just blow my mind every time I go bush walking or travelling. If you have been to Australia, or are lucky enough to live there, you probably know what I mean. If not, I hope I can share some of the experiences I had through my photos.
It all begins with a dream
Life without dreams would be pretty gloomy, right? Well, that's how I see it. I'm a true believer that if you have a dream, there's no expiration date on making it come true. In 2022, I embarked on a journey to make one of my dreams come true - turning my lifelong hobby and passion into my everyday job. The best part is, it doesn't even feel like work because it's something I'm truly passionate about.
While I trained myself and don’t have a degree in photography (I am an engineer and sustainability manager by background), I believe there is a lot more to photography than just knowing about the technical aspects of how a camera or photo editing software works. It's about capturing the beauty of the world and telling a story, and that's what I love doing.
