Top of Devils Staircasel | Tongariro National Park | NZ

from A$29.00

In 2018, I did the Tongariro Alpine Crossing for the 2nd time in my life. You haven’t been to New Zealand, if you haven’t seen the Tongariro National Park, another World Heritage Site. But the crossing is called Alpine Crossing for a reason as it is bloody exhausting (apparently during peak season people need to be rescued by helicopter all the time because they underestimate it). But once your reach the top of the devils staircase, all the pain and sweat is forgotten as the views are just amazing.
